Main tasks to be performed:

• Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements;
• Data analysis and data modelling;
• Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices with IBM Case Manager, Java Enterprise technology, enterprise & web content management, XML, interoperability, etc.

Required skills and Knowledge:

• Experience as analyst/architect in very large and complex enterprise application, ideally integration/interoperability projects.
• Business process modelling, functional analysis, BPMN, UML.
• Deep knowledge in the domain of requirements analysis;
• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents;
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, very good communication skills;
• Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment.
• A very good command of the English language is mandatory.

Desirable expertise:

• Expertise in the following domains would be an asset:
• CMMN (Case Management Model and Notation);
• Service Oriented Architecture (SOA);
• Sparx Enterprise Architect;
• Agile Methodologies;
• IBM Case Manager;
• Other Case Manager software;
