You carry out daily activities of operational security in accordance with the information security policy and security directives on the basis of must haves You take part in security projects in order to ensure optimal continuity of IT services in secured environments and systems You provide the requested reports You use the "Heat" software tool (Incident, Problem, Change, request) to the best effect.

• Management of Users accessing computer systems.
• Guidance of the end-user in request management for access management.
• Analysis and escalation of exceptions to the standard user and access management processes.
• Administration of requests for access to computer systems ensuring compliance with the procedures in force and in the defined SLAs.
• Support in the following domains:

• Projects
• Development and maintenance of the tools used in the team
• Documentation of the processes and procedures

• Strong and proven communication skills.
• English + (French or Dutch)
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Professional experience in IT
• Business experience in security domain

• Basic programming skills, C#, .NET, Powershell.
