To join GSK Vaccines Global Industrial Operations (GIO) and more specifically, Belgium Engineering Power Plant Production department.

You are part of the Spare Parts & Workshops team and play a key role in managing the supply of spare parts.

You report to the Manager Facilities.

Your responsibilities :

• Accountable for spare parts orders (i.e. orders creation, confirmation and delivery follow-up, etc.) and invoicing (i.e. follow-up, issues, closing, etc.),
• In charge of managing mitigation issues with suppliers (up to 450 suppliers),
• You take relevant actions to help the team to reach set objectives and targets,
• You review processes and come up with innovative ideas to ensure continuous improvement,
• You work in close collaboration with Procurement, Quality teams and other internal customers,
• You supervise a team of 3
• You make sure that CGMP, EHS, procedures, policies, audit, training requirements and recommendations from the authorities and GSK are respected

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Procurement, Supply Chain related discipline,
• A first relevant experience in stock management, purchasing, procurement, etc.
• A first relevant experience in people management
• You are fluent in French and have a good command of English (spoken and written)

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Procurement, Supply Chain related discipline,
• Knowledge and use of computer tools,
• Knowledge of maintenance and Logisitcs process
• A first relevant experience in stock management, purchasing, procurement, etc.
• A first relevant experience in people management
• You are fluent in French and have a good command of English (spoken and written)
• You are a strong communicator, able to manage complaints and conflicts in a constructive way,
